Refund policy

Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@everlylunaco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund Options: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
